You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information, compliance with applicable laws (including marketing and data protection), and the security of your account credentials. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
3. Payments & billing
Paid plans are billed according to the prices and billing cycle shown at purchase. Taxes may apply where required. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features.
4. Cancellation & termination
You may cancel or downgrade your subscription according to the options available in your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or extended non-payment, subject to applicable law.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Scan Me is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The platform is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
